This award was presented by Gopal Sir, the respected Training Head of Digi Coders. His words of appreciation and encouragement during the ceremony were truly inspiring. Being recognized by such a reputed organization has been a proud moment in my journey as a mentor and full-stack developer.
My Journey as a Mentor
Throughout 2024, I dedicated myself to mentoring budding developers, sharing practical industry knowledge, and helping students build strong foundations in full-stack development. I conducted live training sessions, solved real-time project problems with them, and guided them step-by-step from beginner to advanced levels. This award is not just a recognition of my efforts, but also a reflection of the passion and hard work of every student I mentored. It motivates me to continue making a meaningful impact in the tech education space.
